Ten members of the club were in Edinburgh on Saturday 2nd March for a Street Photography workshop with an Edinburgh photographer Ewan Barry, from Tete-a-Tete photography. We split into two sessions (morning and afternoon) and Ewan took us on a walk around Edinburgh giving advice on Street Photograph, showing us good locations and opening our minds to new possibilities. We gained a new perspective on Street Photography and he generously shared some of his own secrets. We met up for a very enjoyable lunch in a local café.
A number of members have commented on how much they enjoyed the workshop and having an opportunity to make good use of their cameras. We are hoping to show share of the resulting images at the club, after the end of the current Street Photography Theme, and when there is space in the programme.
We are looking forward to our next trip, to Coldingham Bay on Sunday 7th April.
