“You may remember the autumn theme picture of the Leaderfoot Viaduct which was submitted for the landscape club comp. As you know it was published as one of the top 12 out of 800 worldwide that was submitted to the BBC and on the same week featured in the Scotsman newspaper.
“Well, a wee bird told me to buy the Scotsman newspaper today and my picture (Leaderfoot Viaduct) appears in the centre fold as one of the best photographs sent in this year along with 8 other photographs. Absolutely delighted. Unfortunately no money changed hands!!!”
